Products and Services
Training Programs
HR Proactive provides a range of training services related to human rights/human resource topics including traditional workshops, train-the trainer packages and e-Learning programs.
Investigations
Usually based on individual complaints. Investigations involve interviewing parties and witnesses, reviewing other relevant evidence, analyzing human rights issues, writing reports and making recommendations. HR Proactive and its consultants have been involved in hundreds of human rights investigations.
Workplace Audits or Reviews
These are similar to investigations but are not based on an individual complaint. Employers who recognize that the workplace is less than fully efficient because of interpersonal tensions, initiate workplace audits. Audits help to clarify issues that lead to resolutions and help to prevent human rights complaints and other grievances
Mediations
HR Proactive can provide expert mediation based on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Model. Investigations and audits can reveal the need for mediation service.
Policy Development Services
Organizations need to have effective internal human rights policies, including complaint resolution processes. HR Proactive provides consultation and advice regarding the design of these policies.
